“Design of Ceramic and Its Future” webinar was organised by Cement, Glass, Ceramics and Soil Products Exporters’ Association (Turkishceramics) on the 14th of October with the participation of more than hundred members. Erdem Cenesiz, Chairman of Turkishceramics, opened the webinar with a welcome speech, and then Italian architects Cristina Bardelli, Marco Mancuso and industrial designer Can Yalman mentioned the keyrole of design, especially in the post-covid era. In webinar, Bardelli and Mancuso discoursed major changements of trends in Italy under the influence of the ongoing pandemic. Following their speeches, with his comprehensive perspective, Turkish industial designer Can Yalman expressed the importance of design in our lives, existing trends and future of the industry by giving examples from past to present.
