One of the most prestigious international ceramics fairs, Cersaie took place in Bologna from September 23-27 this year, showcasing a strong presence from the Turkish ceramics sector. 17 Turkish ceramic companies presented their latest products and connected with customers from around the globe. The stands of exhibitiors were visited by the Turkish Ceramics delegation, led by Consul General of Milan, Mehmet Özöktem, Trade Attachés Ahmet Erkan Çetinkayış and Kadir Eser, along with Chairman Erdem Çenesiz.

This year marked the first time the Turkish Ceramics brand had a stand, with 607 companies exhibiting their products and engaging with clients from various regions. The Turkish Ceramics stand attracted significant interest, enhancing brand visibility through member company logos displayed on the stand walls and distributed catalogs. Additionally, 140 taxi advertisements throughout Bologna and targeted social media campaigns aimed to broaden the reach of the Turkish Ceramics brand.

During the fair, meetings were held to strengthen international collaborations in the Turkish ceramics sector. Discussions with the Tile Council of North America and the Italian Ceramics Federation evaluated Turkey's position in the U.S. and Italian markets, and future collaboration opportunities were explored.
